Children in Need 2020

What’s going on?

On Friday the 13th of November 2020 I am hosting a charity auction for Children in Need. All proceeds raised with be donated to the BBC Children in Need to support the incredible charity work they do.

This is a topic close to my heart with my son’s recent hospital stay. So many families in the UK are supported by the work of Children in Need; with this year being such an exceptional one now is a crucial time to support others if we can. The fundraising for Children in Need is used to support a vast array of amazing projects. This includes: fun days out for terminally ill children, bereavement support, cookery activities for young carers, virtual art activities, suicide prevention hotlines and so much more. They support over 3900 British charities and their support reached over 50000 young people in 2019. Read more about their amazing work here. Furthermore, if your interested, you can also see which charities they support near you, here.

The Metal Bonsai Charity Event

To support Children in Need 2020 I have decided to host a silent bid auction for a broom style, beaded wire bonsai tree. This tree was up for sale at £99. You can view the original listing to see more tree specifics and I’ve created a gallery and video below.

Silent Bid Auction Info

So, if you want to own a gorgeous bead wire tree (picked out by my wife as one of her favourites!) and give to charity at the same time the process is simple.

Enter a bid for the beaded broom style wire tree using the form below. You get one bid, the highest bidder wins and all bids are private (no other bidders will see your bid).

I include free global shipping for all of my trees. What you bid is what you will pay for the tree and for it to be safely delivered to you in a luxury Metal Bonsai presentation box.

The cut off for bidding is midnight on the 13th of November 2020. The winner will be contacted via email for payment and delivery of the beaded wire tree.
