Colourful Twisted Wire Tree Sculpture

What I set out to do when creating this wire tree was to incorporate as much twisting into the branches and roots as possible to represent a naturally contorted style tree. The use of silver, rose gold, lilac and blue steel coloured wires worked well. The tree sits in a square Walsall Studio Ceramics container showing exposed twisted roots and moss effect. Although this was quite punishing on my fingers to make, the final result is a beautiful wire tree sculpture.
